WarriorFunds helps veterans, entrepreneurs, property owners, businesses, nonprofits, and community partners move complex opportunities from concept to execution.
Our work combines strategic consulting, distressed-property redevelopment, government contracting, funding strategy, business acceleration, technology commercialization, and ecosystem development. We do more than prepare recommendations—we help organize the partners, capital, operating model, property, workforce, and execution plan needed to produce measurable results.
Strategic Consulting
We help organizations clarify their goals, identify gaps, evaluate opportunities, develop operating models, and convert ideas into actionable plans. Engagements may include discovery, market analysis, business-model design, implementation planning, partnership strategy, and executive decision support.
Government Contracting
As a service-disabled veteran-owned business, WarriorFunds helps identify, pursue, structure, and perform government-contracting opportunities. Support may include opportunity screening, teaming strategy, proposal development, compliance preparation, subcontractor coordination, contract mobilization, and operating execution.
Funding Consulting
We build coordinated funding strategies that may include private investment, Opportunity Zone capital, grants, loans, tax incentives, government programs, sponsorships, strategic partners, and other sources. Our objective is to create a realistic capital stack tied to the project’s milestones, risks, and operating needs.
Veterans Business Accelerator
WarriorFunds supports veteran entrepreneurs through business assessment, strategy development, market positioning, financial planning, deal-room preparation, funding readiness, government-contracting support, pilot development, and access to experienced advisers and operating partners.
Distressed-Property Redevelopment
Through BuildHubz, we evaluate and renovate distressed, vacant, obsolete, or underused properties and return them to productive use. We focus on preserving existing value, solving physical and operating problems, and connecting each property to sustainable businesses, services, jobs, and community uses.
Business Formation and Commercialization
We help develop and launch new businesses, technologies, and service models that solve identifiable problems. Support can include concept validation, intellectual-property strategy, operating-model design, partner recruitment, prototype planning, customer development, pilot deployment, and commercialization.
Ecosystem and Project Development
Many challenges cannot be solved by one company or one funding source. WarriorFunds aligns businesses, property owners, investors, government agencies, nonprofits, veteran organizations, universities, contractors, and community leaders around integrated projects with defined responsibilities and measurable outcomes.

WarriorFunds is a veteran-led investment and development platform focused on converting distressed or underused assets, businesses, and community needs into sustainable economic opportunities. Our work centers on veteran employment, housing, whole-person health, infrastructure, technology, entrepreneurship, and community redevelopment.
Our broader objective is to build self-sustaining ecosystems that connect capital, property, operating partners, government programs, nonprofit resources, and veteran-led businesses around measurable outcomes.
Our vision is to become the trusted national model for building self-sustaining veteran community ecosystems that close the gaps between need, funding, operations, and measurable results.
Our mission is to align public, private, nonprofit, and veteran-led resources into practical operating models that improve veterans’ lives, strengthen communities, and create durable economic value for America.
WarriorFunds is led by experienced veterans who also bring senior-level business, investment, development, operations, healthcare, technology, and government-contracting experience.
Veteran leadership is not simply a branding feature. It influences how we approach accountability, service, disciplined execution, mission clarity, team formation, and responsibility for results.
No. WarriorFunds is a mission-driven commercial enterprise and investment platform, not a charity.
We seek to produce financially viable projects and businesses while generating measurable benefits for veterans and the communities in which we operate. Certain projects may work with nonprofit organizations, charitable foundations, sponsors, or public agencies, but WarriorFunds itself is structured around sustainable business and investment models.
Yes, WarriorFunds is certified and operates as a service-disabled veteran-owned business. Specific certifications, contracting eligibility, and representations may apply at the parent-company, subsidiary, affiliate, or project-entity level.
Because certification requirements can differ by agency and transaction, prospective partners should verify which WarriorFunds entity is participating in a particular contract or investment.
A Qualified Opportunity Zone is a designated economically distressed census tract in which qualifying investments may receive preferential federal tax treatment. The Opportunity Zone program was created to encourage long-term private investment, economic growth, and job creation in underserved communities.
Consult IRS regulations for more details.
A Qualified Opportunity Fund, commonly called a QOF, is a corporation or partnership organized to invest in eligible property or businesses located in Qualified Opportunity Zones.
A fund generally self-certifies with the IRS using Form 8996 and must continue satisfying applicable investment and reporting requirements.
Consult IRS regulations for more details.
No.
WarriorFunds may pursue Qualified Opportunity Zone investments, conventional property redevelopments, operating businesses, government contracts, technology commercialization, grants, public-private partnerships, joint ventures, and other mission-aligned opportunities.
A project’s connection to WarriorFunds does not automatically make it an Opportunity Zone investment. Each project must be evaluated based on its location, ownership, acquisition date, improvement strategy, operating structure, funding sources, and continuing compliance requirements.
No. Location is only the starting point.
The fund, property, acquisition, improvements, operating business, ownership structure, investment timing, and ongoing use must satisfy the applicable rules. Existing property may also need to satisfy original-use or substantial-improvement requirements.
WarriorFunds evaluates the complete transaction rather than treating the census-tract designation as sufficient by itself.
No. Opportunity Zone structures may involve qualifying real property, operating businesses, or a combination of the two.
This aligns with the WarriorFunds model because we do not view a distressed property as the entire investment thesis. We consider what businesses, services, technologies, jobs, and community functions can be launched or expanded from the renovated asset.
Eligibility depends on the particular offering.
Some investments may be restricted to accredited investors or other legally defined investor categories. Eligibility may also depend on the offering structure, investment size, investor residence, securities-law exemptions, and whether the investor seeks Opportunity Zone tax treatment.
The controlling requirements will be stated in the applicable offering documents.
Not necessarily, although Opportunity Zone tax treatment generally depends on investing an eligible gain within the applicable deadline.
A fund may be able to accept other capital, but non-gain investments generally do not receive the same Opportunity Zone tax treatment. Investors must consult independent tax advisers to determine whether their gain, timing, investment structure, and reporting qualify.

Any securities offering will be governed by its definitive legal documents, which may include a private-placement memorandum, subscription agreement, operating agreement, project budget, financial projections, risk disclosures, capital-stack description, conflict disclosures, and investor-eligibility materials.
Website content, presentations, forecasts, discussions, or expressions of interest do not replace the final governing documents.
WarriorFunds focuses primarily on distressed, vacant, underused, environmentally challenged, obsolete, or poorly positioned properties that can be renovated and returned to productive use.
Potential projects may include commercial buildings, former industrial assets, military-related properties, community facilities, housing, healthcare locations, rural properties, tribal-area opportunities, and other assets where coordinated redevelopment can restore value and create economic activity.

Not typically.
Our objective is broader than repairing a building and selling it. We seek to determine the highest-value sustainable use for the property and connect that use to businesses, services, technology, workforce, capital, and community partners.
The renovated property may support housing, healthcare, manufacturing, food systems, veteran services, business incubation, data infrastructure, energy resilience, or other operating uses. The property becomes a platform for continuing value creation.
WarriorFunds identifies unmet needs, develops business models, organizes leadership and operating partners, builds funding strategies, creates intellectual property where appropriate, tests pilot applications, and connects new businesses to customers, properties, contracts, and strategic partners.
Some businesses may be created internally. Others may be formed with entrepreneurs, inventors, operators, universities, manufacturers, contractors, tribal entities, veteran organizations, or existing companies.
The goal is not simply to fund ideas. It is to build operating businesses capable of solving real problems and becoming financially sustainable.

Impact must be connected to documented operating results rather than broad statements of intent.
Depending on the project, measures may include distressed properties renovated, businesses launched, jobs created, veteran employees or owners supported, housing restored, healthcare access expanded, local contracts awarded, environmental conditions improved, waste diverted, infrastructure upgraded, private capital attracted, tax base restored, and the long-term financial sustainability of the project.
A project should demonstrate both mission value and a credible operating model.
WarriorFunds may work with investors, property owners, entrepreneurs, developers, contractors, manufacturers, healthcare organizations, municipalities, tribal governments, universities, veteran organizations, nonprofits, public agencies, foundations, and technology partners.
The strongest inquiries clearly describe the asset or opportunity, the problem being solved, current ownership or control, available resources, capital needs, expected outcomes, and why WarriorFunds is a relevant partner.
Submitting an inquiry begins an evaluation process; it does not constitute an offer, commitment, partnership, investment approval, or agreement.
